Background & Evolution
	TAG Offshore Limited (old name TAG Sealogistics limited) was incorporated in 2003 with the vision to be the leading provider of marine support service to Port/Terminal, Offshore Exploration & Production and Marine Construction activities. The Company, after its formation, acquired the offshore business of Essar Shipping Limited which is one of the most experienced and well-known Shipping Companies in India. Under the said acquisition, the Company purchased three Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels owned by Essar Shipping. After the said acquisition the entire manpower including the floating and shore staff operating and managing the offshore shipping business of Essar Shipping Limited joined the Company.
